Family Night is THIS FRIDAY!

Aloha Maʻemaʻe Families,

Candyland Family Night Event is this Friday, May 5, from 2:30-7:30pm!!

THANK YOU to all of our amazing families for your donations and for signing up to volunteer! The success of our Family Night relies entirely both on the generosity of donations and time volunteering from our families.

VOLUNTEERS: If you haven’t signed up yet, we really need your help to get our shifts filled for all of our booths and rides for the safety of our students and families. We currently only have about 40% of our volunteer shifts filled. Please sign up via our Volunteer Sign Up Page. If you have any questions, please contact Kristin Akaka at krismalie@gmail.com.

STUDENT PICK-UP: Students will be released at 2:15pm. There will be NO AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS (including A-Plus) on that day. Students who are planning to stay for Family Night may remain on campus after their dismissal time. Parents must make arrangements for a location to meet their child at the event. Those who are being picked up after school may be picked up in their normal pick-up areas. We will follow normal procedures for pick-up on that day, however cars will not be allowed to enter campus after 2:30pm. BAKE SHOP: We also need all of the bakers in our families to get baking for the bake shop! Everyone who donates baked goods will be eligible to win a prize! A lucky winner will be announced live during Family Night via the Entertainment Tent. See flyer and form. Please drop off goods the morning of Family Night 7:30-8:30am with the form completed. If you have any questions, please contact Tricia Mabellos at triciamichiko@gmail.com Wondering how your child's classroom is doing in the Silent Auction & Country Store classroom contest? Checkout the Classroom Participation Contest standings at maemaefamilynight.com MAPS: EVENT MAP & PARKING Shuttle to Maʻemaʻe campus will run 2:30-7:30pm. Please keep in mind the varying colors of scrips this year. We are doing our best to be Earth and cost friendly and decided to use scrips from previous years. Thank you, Ma'ema'e Family Night Committee
