Kindergarten Registration begins each February for the following school year.

All Registering Students

The first step to registering your child at Ma'ema'e Elementary school is to check if our school is within the geographical area where you currently live.  Please use the Department of Education's Public School Finder to generate a list of Elementary, Middle, and High Schools within your area.

Please contact our school directly at (808) 595-5400 to verify that it is the correct school, as service boundaries can change.

If you DO NOT live within our district and still wish to attend Ma'ema'e Elementary, you will need to apply for a Geographical Exception (GE).  The application period is January 1- March 1 to enroll for the following school year.  GE's are available at your home school.  Paperwork must be submitted through your home school to possibly qualify for a GE.  For more detailed information about GE Registration, please visit the Hawaii State Department of Education GE website.
