2nd Semester Registration - DUE December 7

Dear Ma`ema`e Parents/Guardians, Please complete the second semester registration form by clicking here. If you have multiple children, please remember to complete a registration for EACH child you have enrolled at Maʻemaʻe. You must reply by 12/7/20. If you do not respond, your child will continue in the program that he/she is currently enrolled. Whatever choice you make will be for the remainder of the school year, starting on January 5, 2021 and ending on May 28, 2021. Students CURRENTLY in Face to Face Instruction may continue in that program or register for Distance Learning. Students CURRENTLY in Distance Learning (Acellus) may continue in that program or register for Face to Face Instruction. Thank you.
