MAʻEMAʻE: Parent-Teacher Conference Registration

Aloha Maʻemaʻe Families,

Tomorrow, Wednesday, August 19, at 2:00 p.m., you will receive an email from your child’s teacher containing a link to schedule your Parent-Teacher Conference.

Please keep the following in mind when scheduling your conference:

• Conference time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so please check your email at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday for the registration link.

• Please select only one conference time slot for each child.

• Open the registration link for each child and select the conference time that works best for your family.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is complete. No further action is needed after you receive your confirmation email.

• If you need to reschedule your conference, please contact your child’s teacher.

• Registration for everyone will close on Tuesday, August 25, at 3:00 p.m. After this deadline, families who have not selected a conference time will be assigned a time by their child’s teacher.

Please Note:

Families with 3 or more children at Maʻemaʻe are able to schedule their conferences today at 2:00 p.m.

Families needing a translator have been assigned a conference time with a translator. We respectfully ask that you do your best to make arrangements to attend your assigned conference time, as there are limited translator appointments available. Last-minute rescheduling may result in not being able to secure a translator.
