Phase 8 to continue next week

Ma’ema’e will remain in Phase 8 for the week of February 8-12.

There is no instruction for the next two Mondays therefore, students on the A rotation will be on campus on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Dismissal time on Wednesdays continue to be 12:35pm for Grades 3-5 & 12:45pm for Kinder-Grade 2

Reminder: Drop offs shall NOT occur before 7:40am, unless purchasing breakfast at the cafeteria. To avoid an afternoon traffic jam please arrive at your child’s pick up area at the following times (no earlier): Grade 3-5 2-2:05pm, Grade K-2 2:10-2:15pm.

Student pick-up will be done in an “airport style”. Parents/guardians will NOT be allowed to wait in the driveway, park in any stalls on campus, nor loiter on campus before your child’s pick up time.

Be advised: Drop-offs before 7:40am will not be tolerated due to our COVID safety protocols. If we suspect your child was sent to get breakfast to bypass this rule, you will be called back to campus to pick them up. We are noticing students have been coming to the cafeteria, not eating and saying, “I ate breakfast already” or “my parents dropped me off and told me to go to the cafe”.

Please be respectful and honor the protocols we have set for the safety of your child and others.
