MAʻEMAʻE: Back-to-School Reminders

Dear Maʻemaʻe Families,

Please review the following back-to-school reminders:

• School starts promptly at 7:55 a.m. The warning bell rings at 7:50 a.m. Please help your child have a successful start to the day by arriving on time.

• Please display your child's name plate during afternoon pick-up. This helps staff quickly call students and keeps the pick-up line moving safely and efficiently.

• Please pick up your child promptly after dismissal. Adult supervision ends shortly after school, and students may not remain on campus unless they are participating in a supervised school activity or are enrolled in an after-school program.

• The big field will be closed for parking beginning Monday, August 10. Please do not park on the big field or in staff parking stalls at any time. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

• Students are responsible for taking care of their personal electronic devices. Just like any other personal belongings, families who choose to send devices to school should understand that Maʻemaʻe Elementary cannot be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
