MA’EMA’E OPEN HOUSE - Wednesday, July 29th

Aloha Ma’ema’e families,

Please join us for our Open House on Wednesday, July 29! This is a wonderful opportunity to meet your child's teacher, visit the classroom, and learn important information about the upcoming school year.

Open House is intended for parents/guardians of students in Grades K–5. Students in Grades 1–5 are welcome to accompany their parents/guardians. During your visit to your child's classroom, you will receive a folder containing important information and forms to review and complete.

Please review the details below. We look forward to seeing you there!

• Room assignments will be posted outside the school office beginning July 20. (Office hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.)

• Parking is available on the big field and in any Maʻemaʻe STAFF parking stall. Please see our School Map (PDF attached).

• Additional parking is available at the Community Church of Honolulu and the 7th Day Adventist Church from 2:30–6:30 p.m.

• Kindergarten Orientation is for adults only (no students). Kindergarten parents/guardians who do not have other children at the school are kindly asked to leave campus as soon as their orientation concludes to help make parking available for other families.

• Students in Grades 1–5 may attend Open House with their parent(s)/guardian(s), but must remain under their supervision at all times, including during passing time and classroom visits.

Open House 2026 Schedule
3:00-4:30pm	Kindergarten Orientation  Report to the cafeteria. Adults only (no students).
4:30-4:50pm	Supply drop-off for Grades 1-5
4:50-5:30pm	Classroom Visitation Round 1  Teacher presentation and informational video.
5:30-5:40pm	Passing time
5:40-6:00pm	Classroom Visitation Round 2   For parents/guardians with children in multiple grades.
6:15pm	Campus closes
