MAʻEMAʻE OPEN HOUSE 7/29 REMINDER

REMINDER: Maʻemaʻe Open House is this Wednesday, July 29th.

Open House is intended for parents/guardians of students in Grades K–5. Students in Grades 1–5 are welcome to accompany their parents/guardians. During your visit to your child's classroom, you will receive a folder containing important information and forms to review and complete. Please review the details below. We look forward to seeing you there!

Room assignments are posted outside the school office. (Office hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.)

Parking is available on the big field and in any Maʻemaʻe STAFF parking stall from 2:30–6:00 p.m. Please see our School Map (PDF attached).

Additional parking is available at the Community Church of Honolulu and the 7th Day Adventist Church from 4:00–6:00 p.m. (Parking PDF attached)

Kindergarten Orientation is for adults only (no students). Kindergarten parents/guardians who do not have other children at the school are kindly asked to leave campus as soon as their orientation concludes to help make parking available for other families.

Students in Grades 1–5 may attend Open House with their parent(s)/guardian(s), but must remain under their supervision at all times, including during passing time and classroom visits.

Open House 2026 Schedule
3:00-4:30pm	Kindergarten Orientation  Report to the cafeteria. Adults only (no students).
4:30-4:50pm	Supply drop-off for Grades 1-5
4:50-5:30pm	Classroom Visitation Round 1  Teacher presentation and informational video.
5:30-5:40pm	Passing time
5:40-6:00pm	Classroom Visitation Round 2   For parents/guardians with children in multiple grades.
6:15pm	Campus closes
