Fall Fundraiser Deadline Extended to 12/18

Dear Ma`ema`e Parents,

The PTSA would like to thank all of the families who have already donated to this year’s Fall Fundraiser. We are currently at 24% for participation and raised $14,732.53. Our goal is to reach at least 80% participation and $30,000 to continue growing the services and programs at Ma`ema`e Elementary which benefit all students. Donations help fund ongoing support for computer/technology devices such as new Chromebooks for each student, Ma`ema`e Summer School program, Campus Beautification, science and education nights, parent workshops, upgrades to the facility such as the 2nd and 3rd grade playground area, water dispensers, and a projector in the library to name a few.

The Fall Fundraiser drive deadline has been extended to Friday, 12/18/20 to aide in reaching our goal this year. As a reminder the classrooms with 100% participation will receive $250 for classroom supplies and sherbert from Asato Family Shop. Classrooms with at least 80% participation will receive sherbert from Asato Family Shop. Even if you are unable to donate please have your child submit their fall donation form and envelope back to their homeroom teacher or office to get credit for participating.

Needing a fall fundraiser donation drive form? Please obtain one at the school office or email me at bonny685@yahoo.com. Donations can also be made on Shopify at https://maemae-ptsa.myshopify.com/pages/donation . Please remember to provide your child's name, grade level, and classroom number during checkout.

For those who have donated via PayPal and did not turn in a donation form? Please email me at bonny685@yahoo.com providing your name, child’s name, grade level, classroom, teacher name, and donation amount so that I may credit your child and classroom for participation.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to email me. Thank you for your support!

Thank you,

Bonny Fang
